License and purchases

One purchase, up to two Macs

Cursor customization and Presentation are included in the €7.99 one-time license. There is no recurring subscription or scheduled license expiry. The final total and applicable taxes are shown before payment.

One license activates up to 2 Macs. Online activation is required; after successful validation, Pungo works offline for up to 7 days. Deactivate a Mac to free its slot.

Restore your previous cursor and remove the helper at any time. A license is required to apply custom cursors or run Presentation.

Check compatibility before purchasing

System-wide cursor customization requires Apple Silicon and macOS 26.6.2, 27.0, or 27.0.1. Intel Macs and other macOS versions are not supported for cursor replacement.

Some apps draw their own cursors. Pungo applies static system cursors; animated system cursor packs are not supported. The magnifier requires macOS screen-capture permission.

Checkout and delivery

Checkout is handled by Polar as merchant of record. After purchase, your Polar purchase details contain your receipt, your license key, and the Pungo app download. Enter that key in Pungo Settings to activate it. Payment-card details are entered on Polar’s checkout, not in Pungo.

The app is not published as a public download. It is delivered with your purchase and stays available in your Polar purchase details, so you can reinstall it later without buying again.

Refunds and purchase issues

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact support with your order reference and the full amount is refunded through Polar.

For an activation problem or refund request, contact support with your order reference. Please do not send payment-card details or your full license key. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this page.

Updates and cursor packs

Your license does not expire and all updates within the current major version are included. A future major version may be offered as a separate paid upgrade.

The app includes its bundled original cursor collection and supports importing compatible packs. Discover offers 13 additional character packs at €0.99 each as separate one-time purchases. They require an activated Pungo license and a supported macOS version. Checkout opens with Polar; return to Discover to find purchased packs and download your packs. Only import content you have the right to use.
